2. Description of Service

Virtual Cosmos provides a virtual interactive star map where users can name, purchase, and customise virtual stars and areas. All purchases are for virtual, non-physical assets that exist solely within the Service. They are for entertainment purposes only and confer no rights to actual celestial bodies.

3. Accounts

You must register an account to purchase or manage virtual assets. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Service are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Virtual Assets

Stars and areas you purchase are virtual assets tied to your account. Virtual assets have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove virtual assets if required for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any names, descriptions, or images you upload. By submitting content, you grant Virtual Cosmos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Service. You must not submit content that is offensive, infringing, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute Service data without permission; (d) interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, design, and software of the Service (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of Virtual Cosmos or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

This includes, but is not limited to: permanently deleting all of your virtual stars and areas without refund, and banning your account from the Service indefinitely. Such violations may also result in legal action if applicable law permits.

15. Refund Policy

No, Virtual Cosmos does not offer refunds. All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds for any reason. We encourage you to carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction.
